Carado Prolongs Campervan Models for 2025 Release

Carado, a renowned manufacturer of campervans and small motorhomes, has announced its 2025 lineup, featuring a variety of new models and floorplans with updated specifications and amenities.

New Models and Layouts

The new Carado CV602 introduces a twin single bed layout at the rear, expanding Carado's campervan range and offering a fresh option for sleeping arrangements. The CV602 is based on the Fiat Ducato, a van considered one of the best for camper conversions.

Carado is also introducing a new campervan layout, the CV602, for the 2025 season. The shorter version of the CV602, the CV590, is being introduced as a special edition 4X4 vehicle. The CV590 comes with a traverse bed at the back and is fitted with a 170bhp engine. It also includes extended panels on both sides at the back, an opening rear window, and kitchen appliances found in low-profile motorhomes from Carado.

The CV540 Pro Poptop is a compact 4-berth campervan measuring 5.41 meters, based on the Fiat Ducato chassis with a 2.2L diesel engine delivering 140 BHP. It features automatic transmission, a pop-top roof (with a black option), folding cab blinds, a 3.25m awning, framed windows, and heating with digital control.

The CV541 PRO model features a pop-top roof, sleeps 2 to 3 people, and includes a raised seating area with integrated storage, a fixed staircase for access, a side kitchen with a 2-burner gas hob plus compressor fridge, and a generously sized toilet room.

Continuing Models

The CV600 (6m length) and CV640 (6.36m length) models continue to be available, providing flexibility in size and layout choice. The CV600 model measures 7.42m long, 2.34m wide, and has a 3,500kg weight, with a diesel engine and automatic transmission. It has an island bed layout with 4 berths and seatbelts.

Semi-Integrated Models

The semi-integrated Carado T328 model (6.98m length, Citroën Jumper chassis) boasts lengthways single beds with plenty of storage, a narrow 137L refrigerator with freezer to optimize space, and optional fifth seatbelt seating.

Upgrades and Additional Features

All vehicles from Carado for the 2025 season have undergone changes to their chassis. Citroen-based vehicles from Carado come with automatic transmission and aerodynamic mirrors as standard. The optional Pro+ Pack is now available on the CV600 and CV640 campervan models, and across all of the van range. This pack includes features like an awning, color-coded bumpers, alloy wheels, special decals, cab blinds, and additional options like a sunroof and ambient lighting.

In a surprising move, Malibu has brought out its first Mercedes-based campervan. Ford-based vehicles from Carado, except for the CV590, come with automatic transmission as standard. The towing capacity of Ford-based vehicles from Carado has been increased to 2 tonnes.

Carado has also introduced a new campervan with a permanent staircase in its 2026 season releases.
