Exploration Opportunities: Drop By for a Visit

Heyy there! Here's some exciting info for youFuture student, huh? Here's what's happening in our 2025 Open Days:

  • Swing by on 2 & 3 July or 19 September for our undergraduate Open Days!
  • Timetables for the events are available to view, with drop-in sessions and a few that require advance booking. You can still sign up to receive more details before the July Open Days.
  • Feel free to check out our college grounds at any time, but it's best to contact the college linked to your region and let them know you're on your way.
  • You might also find an event listed in our outreach calendar while you're here. Subject departments aren't open to visitors except on Open Days or specific outreach events.

Plan your Open Day

Oxford Open Days are jam-packed with things to see and do, so here's some advice to make the most of your time:

  1. Explore Oxford: There's so much to discover in Oxford, so make sure to visit several colleges while you're here. However, check first they offer the courses you're interested in!
  2. Meet current students and tutors: This is your chance to ask questions directly and get first-hand insight into college life.
  3. Prioritize department events: Choosing your course is crucial, and our Open Days give a rare opportunity to visit departments and meet tutors and current students.

Accommodation

Some college accommodation is available for applicants traveling long distances.

College timetables

Visit multiple colleges and make sure they offer the courses you're interested in. Tours and Q&A sessions with current students and tutors are available.

Department timetables

Priority your course choices and visit departments during the Open Days to meet tutors and current students.

Open Day Information Centre

If you've still got questions, head to the Open Day Information Centre in the High Street for assistance from the undergraduate admissions team and student services throughout the day.

Museums, libraries, and other venues

Spend your spare time visiting some of our famous museums and libraries, or check out our University's Sports Centre and Language Centre.
