Gardenuity introduces a new business-oriented Gardenuity website
🚀 Get ready to grow with Gardenuity for Business! We've just launched our snazzy new website and it's chock-full of sweet benefits for business partners ranging from Amdocs to Yelp. Our partners are some of the awesome companies across the nation that are excited to team up with us and help employees, residents, customers, and leaders boost their well-being through gardening.
So, what's cooking? We work with over 500 business clients and we wanted to create a one-stop destination to show off everything we offer, from our latest programs, products, and services, to custom on-boarding sessions and wellness workshops. As we keep growing, you can expect more premium products and services to drop.
Gardenuity's COO, Doug Platts, shares that the new on-boarding programs have sprouted up due to enterprise companies asking for ways to integrate new team members into their unique company culture, regardless of whether they're based in the office or working remotely. "This program is meant to onboard new employees, new residents, and even reboard employees returning to the office," Platts explains.
Over the years, Gardenuity has expanded beyond just a fun employee engagement perk, but also as a tool to recruit and retain top talent. The global benefits of gardening are well-known and it's been noted that gardening improves productivity, engagement, resilience, and both mental and physical wellness.
"We love partnering with organizations of all sizes," says Doug Platts, and we're fortunate to work with health insurance companies and corporate leaders who understand the wellness benefits of gardening. Many of our benefits are even covered through their company wellness dollars.
The CDC points out that 90% of healthcare spending goes towards treating mental health, stress, and chronic conditions that are often diet-related. The shocking estimate is that 600 million people will have diabetes by 2035. That's a big whoopie!, so business leaders are on the hunt for opportunities to help their employees as they rise to the forefront of health concerns.
"From the tolls of the pandemic to workplace anxieties and financial uncertainty, leaders are turning to Gardenuity to give their colleagues and customers a fresh touch of wellness," Platts stated at an HR conference.
With the launch of the new Gardenuity for Business website, it's simpler for new and existing corporate partners to review options and determine what's best for their organizations. Our co-founder, Donna Letier, is stoked about the expansion of Gardenuity's mission and their continued aim to promote mental, physical, and earthly wellness across the country.
Building and retaining an all-star team, boosting overall health, and fostering community are short- and long-term goals for many organizations. Aside from the tangible and measurable health and wellness benefits that Gardenuity delivers, their high engagement and community satisfaction rates are largely due to the customized services and products offered. Platts shares, "We heard from our partners that they need flexible, creative, smart employee wellness solutions, and we deliver just that."
