The festivals, held in the summer of 2025, were organized by Hatay Surf Center with the financial backing of TPF. Deniz Toprak, co-founder of the surf center, expressed gratitude for TPF's support, which enabled the events near me and their positive impact on the community.

The festivals focused on surfing, creativity, self-expression, and community building. Notably, children played active roles in organizing the events. Şenay Ataselim Yılmaz, CEO of TPF, emphasized the significance of these events in fostering creativity, self-confidence, and solidarity among children in earthquake-affected regions.

TPF, a U.S.-based organization, supports philanthropic initiatives in Türkiye and the Turkish diaspora, focusing on education, health, women and girls' empowerment, disaster relief, and humanitarian development.
