Chef Sumit Choudhary shares, "We're embracing a diversity of Mexican chillies, chopping it up with locally sourced ingredients to honor fresh, homemade salsas."

Mumbai's Someplace Else tempts with golden, crispy tostadas laden with fresh toppings, smoky chipotle chicken skewers, Indo-Mexican tantalizers, headlined by Mutton Kakori Tacos. A refreshing lineup of margaritas and a fiery Picante sign off the affair.

Carnival by Trèsind in Mumbai is hosting a food festival, with highlights including Pani Puri Aguachile, Marinated Tuna, Papas a la Diabla, Corn Chaat, and Champaran Style Carnitas. Chef Sarfaraz Ahmed explains, "We're inspired by Mexico's rich culinary tapestry, blending authentic flavors that resonate with our guests."

While Someplace Else Mumbai unites Indian tastes with a Mexican twist, chef Parikshit Joshi clarifies, "We've crafted a menu for the occasion, like Charred Chipotle Skewers, Tostadas, and Loaded Nachos, balancing Indian flavors while maintaining Mexican essence with our Mutton Kakori Tacos."
