The Caribbean is a popular destination for luxury travel, and this year's World Travel Awards will honour the most stunning properties in the region. Here are the key nominees for the 2025 awards:
Best New Resort (Caribbean)
Although no official World Travel Awards nominee list specifically titled "Best New Resort" was found, the newly opened Sandals Saint Vincent and the Grenadines is widely recognized as a top new luxury resort in the Caribbean for 2025. The resort, which debuted in 2024, has already received top honours in USA Today's all-inclusive Caribbean rankings.
Best Island Resort
For the category of Best Island Resort (Caribbean's Leading Luxury Island Resort), Sailrock South Caicos, Turks & Caicos is a confirmed nominee for the 2025 World Travel Awards.

Graham Cooke, founder of the World Travel Awards, says this year's nominees represent the future of luxury hospitality. Some of the other notable nominees include Rosewood Baha Mar in the Bahamas, which is located within the Baha Mar resort, offering 221 rooms and suites, four bars and restaurants, and Sense, a Rosewood Spa.
