Condor Expands Winter Flight Schedule to Include City Destinations

Germany-based airline, Condor, is set to position itself as a versatile travel option for city travelers and business customers with the addition of new city destinations to its winter flight schedule for 2025/26.

The airline has announced the inclusion of the city of Oslo in its winter flight schedule, complementing its traditional vacation destinations in North America, Africa, and the Caribbean. This strategic move aims to tap into new markets for city trips and business travelers.

Milan and Prague have already proven to be popular not only for tourism but also as feeder airports for Condor's long-haul network in the summer. The expansion of these cities to the winter flight schedule is part of Condor's effort to increase demand even in the winter half-year.

Both Milan and Prague are popular city destinations in Europe, and Condor will be flying to these cities from Frankfurt up to twice daily. The high frequency of flights offers an advantage for transfer passengers and provides business travelers and weekend commuters with flexible travel options.

In addition to these new city destinations, Condor is strengthening its internal and regional networking in the German-speaking area. Berlin, Hamburg, Munich, Vienna, and Zurich will be added to its daily flights from Frankfurt, with some flights occurring up to three times a day.

Condor's CEO, Peter Gerber, believes that integrating Milan and Prague into the winter flight plan is a strategic move to capitalize on their popularity. The expansion of city connectivity is a focus for Condor, not only in the DACH region but also in its broader European network.

The addition of these new routes is a response to the growing interest in short city trips and the demand in business travel. This move reflects Condor's broader strategy to position itself as an attractive option for city travelers and business customers.

Condor's expansion of its network is part of a broader effort to increase demand even in the winter half-year. By integrating Milan and Prague into its winter flight plan, Condor aims to react to this development and strengthen its profile in the new markets.

With these new routes, Condor is set to offer more travel options to its customers, making it an attractive choice for both holidaymakers and city travelers alike.
